Rahul brings more than 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Project Management. His core expertise spans MEP projects across airports, metros, hotels, hospitals, commercial & retail, and residential buildings. He leads V&G's electrical discipline with a rigorous, systems-first approach.
With close to 30 years of experience specialising in hospitality technical services, Mr. Pereria has delivered and managed multiple properties for IHCL. He is highly skilled in hospitality design, execution, budgeting, and due diligence, having completed more than 100 projects throughout his career.
Mr. Verma brings over 38 years of experience across civil and MEP disciplines. Having held directorate rank in CPWD, he brings unparalleled expertise in planning, design, execution, tendering, and project management. He has successfully executed more than 60 mega projects across India.

MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing — the three core engineering systems that make a building function. The ‘S’ refers to Sustainability, which is central to V&G’s design philosophy. MEP&S design covers everything from HVAC and power systems to fire safety, low voltage infrastructure, and green building certification.
Sustainability is integral to every design at V&G. Our in-house Sustainability Certification team uses advanced simulation tools to deliver Net Zero Energy and Net Zero Water designs, conduct climate studies, perform energy analysis, and support LEED/GRIHA or other certification pathways.
